Your Responsibilities As our Gamedesigner you will work on our flag ship turn-based strategy game. You will work closely together with the Game Director and the rest of the team on creating an outstanding gameplay experience for our players. Design and iterate on core gameplay systems (combat mechanics, turn structure, progression loops) Balance a set of 20+ player abilities, ensuring strategic variety and fairness Design and implement 60+ levels (from onboarding to late-game tactical challenges) in Unreal Engine Own and maintain clear design documentation Collaborate with dev, art, and UX teams to ensure clarity, usability, and consistency in design Ensure gameplay communicates intent through clean, readable UX flows Your Profile Strong Unreal Engine experience, especially working directly in-editor At least one shipped or released strategy/tactics game Demonstrable skills in systems design, balancing, and level design Ability to prototype, test, and iterate autonomously Clear understanding of what makes strategy games deep, engaging, and replayable Big Pluses Experience with asymmetrical factions or units Familiarity with AI design for turn-based systems Experience building intuitive strategy game UI/UX Comfortable with quick mockups or spreadsheet-based balancing tools We want to hear from you .. if you are a proactive and communicative gamedesigner who can implement and balance core systems for our game and who shares our goal to create the best game possible.
