Beschreibung der Tätigkeit

We’re a close-knit team of passionate creatives, and we’re looking for a Studio Manager to bring structure, warmth, and energy to our Berlin studio. This role goes beyond administration — it’s about creating a supportive, inspiring environment where the team can do their best work.

You’ll be the heartbeat of the studio, taking full ownership of all operations, making sure everything runs smoothly, and ensuring the team feels cared for. You’ll be the go-to person that people can trust and turn to for support, whether it’s for practical help, cultural initiatives, or just making sure the studio has a good vibe.

From managing hardware and subscriptions to organising socials, lunches, and keeping an eye on deadlines, you’ll be both highly organised and people-focused — balancing practical studio needs with cultural care.

This role is based in our Berlin studio every day — your presence is essential to supporting the team, keeping the space running, and fostering studio culture.
