Do you thrive at the intersection of digital marketing performance and industrial innovation? Join EP Equipment in a hands-on, high-impact role where your expertise in Search Engine Advertising (SEA) directly supports our growth in the forklift and warehouse equipment sector.
As our new SEA Specialist, you’ll lead the planning, execution, and optimization of paid campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads, with a strong focus on generating qualified B2B leads for our distribution network. You’ll collaborate closely with the marketing and digitalisation team, leveraging analytics to drive measurable impact in a fast-growing, international company.

Your Responsibilities

  • Plan, launch, and optimize high-converting campaigns on Google Ads and Meta (Facebook & Instagram) for B2B lead generation.
  • Develop tailored landing pages and campaign structures for logistics, warehousing, and material handling segments.
  • Improve campaign performance through A/B testing, conversion tracking, and strategic budget allocation.
  • Align with CRM and marketing teams to ensure Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) are properly tracked and nurtured.
  • Monitor KPIs and deliver actionable performance reports.
  • Stay on top of platform updates, algorithm changes, and best practices in SEA for industrial B2B markets.

Your Profile

  • Proven experience running performance-focused SEA campaigns, ideally in a B2B context.
  • Deep understanding of funnel marketing, retargeting, and conversion optimization strategies.
  • Comfortable using CRM systems (preferably HubSpot) and familiar with Google Analytics (GA4).
  • Excellent English communication skills; German or additional languages are a plus.
  • Analytical, hands-on, and proactive with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Background or interest in logistics, forklifts, or industrial tech is a significant advantage.
