Er liegt im vierten Obergeschoss – für schwere Transporte kann ein Lastkran verwendet werden. Ein abgetrennter Besprechungsraum mit Flatscreen kann für Videokonferenzen oder persönliche Gespräche genutzt werden. Ein Modellbauplatz mit Schneidematten und StyroCut kann mitbenutzt werden. The bright and spacious drawing and office space is suitable as a studio or workplace for graphic designers, illustrators and draughtsmen. It is located on the fourth floor – a lorry crane can be used for heavy transport. A separate meeting room with a flat screen can be used for video conferences or personal meetings. A modelling area with cutting mats and StyroCut can also be used. Water, tea and coffee are available in the open-plan kitchenette. The rent also includes weekly cleaning, broadcasting and internet fees and the use of a printer. Your desk – 1800 mm x 900 mm + work chair + shelf space + your own key.
